Specially designed to be thermally stable, Okuma machines operate from a cold start, providing better accuracy and less waste, resulting in greater profitability for you.

We ran 100 of these spark plugs from a cold start and measured the outside diameter variations of the first part and the 100th part. Variation on the large end, 0.75” OD was 0.0003”. Variation on the small end, 0.50” OD was 0.0002” – tolerances well within spec for many parts manufacturers.

Discover for yourself how Okuma’s thermally stable machines can improve your productivity, reduce your costs and improve your bottom line. Complete the information below to contact your REAL HELP Team.

The biggest production challenge we currently face is:
Improving quality (improving accuracy or repeatability, holding tighter tolerances)
Decreasing costs (reducing material handling, decreasing waste)
Improving throughput (improving cycle time, increased spindle utilization)

We currently operate these types of machines:

Lathes
Vertical machining centers
Horizontal machining centers
Grinders
